Dear Sylvia and Family, I was saddened to read of Cliff's passing yesterday in the paper. I wish I could have been there in person to give you my condolences, but please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. I haven't seen either Mr. or Mrs. Vandale in years (see, even though I'm a grownup now I still think of you as "Mr. and Mrs.") but I have thought of you often and I know that Cliff and Derek are reunited now.
