Dyson, Paul John
Died suddenly on Saturday May 9, 2020 at the age of 53. Paul of Thornbury, formerly of Wasaga Beach, raised and grew up in Rexdale. Paul was loving, fun, generous and a caring husband and dad. He worked hard to provide for his family. Paul has left behind his long time wife Alison Dyson and sons Joshua and Jacob. Caring brother of Greg (Cathy) and Tim (Nicole). Dear uncle of John, Brady and Emma. Paul is predeceased by his parents Don and Ruth Dyson. Paul was a kind man with a great sense of humour as all who knew him would agree. His goal was to make everyone laugh. Music and hockey were Paul’s interests, he loved to sing and watch his Leafs, particularly Wendel Clark and the good old boys. He loved the outdoors where he could enjoy water activities and winter sports. He was a one of a kind and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Cremation has occurred and a Celebration of Life will be held when permitted. If desired, a donation to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health would be appreciated by Paul’s family.

My deepest condolences Alison, Josh & Jacob. Paul was the kindest man, with the biggest heart. You were loved by many and will be deeply missed, you had a smile that lit up a room. Rest easy my friend, until we meet again.

Words cant describe how I felt when I heard that Paul had passed. Easily my favourite out of all my childhood friends parents. He had a witty, fun loving sense of humour that I'll never forget. He always was quick with a joke and had a big smile on his face. He was a great person and I'm going to miss him a lot. My deepest condolences to Josh, Allison and Jacob. R.I.P Paul 💛

My condolences to my Sister Alison, and nephews Jacob and Joshua. So sorry about Paul’s passing, like most people who knew him I thought he was a funny, happy go lucky guy who had a good heart. Even during his struggles he tried to maintain a positive attitude and was fun to be around. I will miss him, R.I.P. Slant

Healing hugs to you Alison, Josh and Jacob. God took a good man, husband and father. Remembering many good belly laughs watching him trying to learn to water ski behind the boat..Remembering his great love for his wife and family. Paul you will forever be in our hearts. Forever hugs. xo
