It is with sadness that the family of Helen announce her passing, peacefully on Saturday August 19, 2017 at Raglan Village, Collingwood at the age of 91. Helen of Toronto, Smith Falls and Stayner, beloved wife of the late Donald Bodiam (2014) for 67 years. Loving mother of Bruce, Brian (Lorene) and Kevin (Melinda). Cherished grandmother of Taeya (Robert), Blake, Ryan (Melissa), Justin and Shawn and great grandmother of Daniel. She was predeceased by her parents Roy and Sarah Campbell and siblings Walter, Mary and Jean. Helen was very active with the West Toronto Optimist Club where she made many close friends. She was known for her fabulous baking and preserves. She was loved dearly by her family and her many friends. She will be missed. Friends will be received at the Stayner Brethren in Christ Church, 1152 Sixth Line North, Clearview Township (N of County Road 91) on Friday August 25, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow at 1 o’clock in the Sanctuary. Reception to follow. Private family interment at Stayner Union Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home –Stayner Chapel.
