It is with sadness that the family announce Virginia’s sudden passing on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at the age of 66. Virginia, of Wasaga Beach, was the beloved wife of the late Ted Nixon (2022). Loving mother of Rachel McDonald (Bob Sheridan) and Matthew McDonald (Holly Hodgins). Cherished Oma of Aria, Virginia Rose and David. Dear sister of Max (Helen) Kistner. Lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends. She will be sadly missed by her companions Marvyn, Rusty and Harley.
Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held at this time. A celebration of life will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Virginia to the OSPCA would be appreciated by the family.
