Died peacefully on Sunday December 5, 2021 at Woods Park Long Term Care, Barrie following a length struggle with Parkinson’s at the age of 78. Barry, formerly of Stayner, beloved husband of the late Marie (nee Cose). Loving father of Ron (Caroleene) and Karen (Kevin MacNeil). Cherished grandfather of Ashley, Dallas, Samantha, Veronica, Jeanne, Allison and Olivia. Brother of Gordon Cook. Barry was a kind man who had a strong work ethic. He loved to tinker and putter away repairing whatever was needed. He enjoyed watching professional sports and was a diehard Leaf’s, CFL & NASCAR Fan. He will be deeply missed. Private family arrangements with interment at Stayner Union Cemetery in the spring. If desired, a donation to the Parkinson Canada would be appreciated by his family.
