Died peacefully on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Sunset Manor, Collingwood at the age of 86. Lily, beloved wife of the late Lesley E. Hobbs. Loving mother of David (Lynn) Hobbs, Patrick (Karen) Collins, Eric (Angela) Collins, Carl (Sarah) Collins, Lily (Charles White), Richard (Theresa) Collins and Caroline Hobbs. Cherished grandmother of Steve (Lesley), Craig (Deasa), Tamara, Patric, Jonathan, Terry, Clayton, Casey, Sam, Jocelyn (Scott), Justine (Michael), Jennifer ( James), Keri-Lynn (Chris), Mary-Ellen (Aaron), Willis (Elaine), David (Christina), Terry (Kelly), Richie and Erin (Adam). Dear great- grandmother of Maya, Luka, Brandon, Dylan, Ryan, Declan, Ava, Tyneshia, Dusytin, Aaliyah, Ian, Amberlyn, Rya, Evin, Kelsey, Riley, Sawyer, Nathan, Isaiah, Micah, Stajan, Stella, Declyn, Landon, Colton, Kelsey, Colby, Kara, Dakota, Logan, Thayne, Snow and Paige. Lily is predeceased by her daughter-in-law Floreen Collins and her parents Martha and Reg Clift. Dear sister of the late Martha (Carl) White, the late Isabell (the late Ernie) Wyatt, the late Diane (the late Tiny) Godfrey and Alice (the late Roy) Wilson. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel, 7313 Highway 26, Stayner Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 1 o’clock. Reception to follow. Spring interment Bracebridge Cemetery. If desired, a donation to the Lions Foundation of Canada for Guide Dogs, the Alzheimer's Society or a local dog rescue organization would be appreciated by Lily’s family.
