It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Kimberley ‘Kim’ Dorothy MacKenzie (nee Bennett) on December 3, 2021 at Sunnybrook hospital after a valiant battle with cancer. Kim, born August 5, 1956, is predeceased by her mother, Terea Bennett, and sister, Karen Moran (nee Bennett). Loving daughter of Robert Bennett. Beloved wife of Douglas for 37 years. Loving mother to Lisa and Douglas jr. Younger sister of Louise Mifsud (nee Bennett). Loving friend and sister-in-law to Sheila MacKenzie and Linda Hoey. Aunt to Sandy, Robbie, Teresa, Sarah Hoey, and Sarah Lerner. She will also be remembered by several great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. A private ceremony has taken place and burial at Stayner Union Cemetery.
