Van Ravenstein, Ted:
Died suddenly on Wednesday, 7 June, 2017 at St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto following a long illness, at the age of 73. Ted of Wasaga Beach, formerly of Burlington, beloved husband of Velvet for 53 years. Loving father of Derek and his wife Cindy and of Paul and his wife Lisa. Dear grandfather of Kaitlyn and Matthew. Ted is survived by his brother Fred and sister Willy Luyten. He was a private man who loved music, particularly playing keyboard. He came to Canada as a boy, from Holland, retiring to Wasaga Beach after many years in Burlington. Cremation is to take place and a private gathering will honour his memory. Arrangements are entrusted to Carruthers and Davidson Funeral Home, Wasaga Beach Chapel.
