Vandale, Armand “Cliff”
Passed away peacefully on Saturday August 25, 2012 at McKenzie Richmond Hill Hospital in his 78th year. Cliff of Wasaga Beach, will be sadly be missed by his wife Sylvia of 57 years. Cliff will always be cherished by sons Don (Judy) and Richard (Julie). Cliff is predeceased by his son Derek. Cliff will always be special “Pops” and “Grampy” to 4 grand children and 2 great grandchildren. Cliff is fondly remembered by a brother and sisters and many nieces and nephews. Cliff had a distinguished career of 29 years with Canada’s military that included one peacekeeping mission to Cyprus and he was also an accomplished gymnast that toured Canada with the Military Tattoo. After retiring he remained busy as an active member of many service clubs. His passion for music kept him very busy over the years entertaining many seniors. Friends will be received at the Carruthers and Davidson Funeral Home- Wasaga Beach Chapel, 509 River Road West, Wasaga Beach on Wednesday August 29, 2012 from 7-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Noel Chabanel Roman Catholic Church, 133 Dunkerron Avenue(at 19th Street) , Wasaga Beach on Thursday August 30, 2012 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association would be appreciated.
