It is with heavy hearts that we share that Ida Halliday of Stayner, Ontario passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at the Stayner Care Centre in her 98th year. Ida of Stayner, beloved wife of the late Russell Halliday. Loving mother of Shirley (late Don), Gayle (John), Mary (late Irwin) and Jim (Tammy). Predeceased by her daughter Betty. Cherished grandmother of Dale, Lori, Victor, Ken, Sandra, Scott, Sean, Cory, Cole, Mitchell and Paula. Fondly remembered by nine great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by parents William and Mary Benson and siblings Eldie, Willard, Verna, Harold, Marjorie and Arlene. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by Ida’s family.
