Bereavement Resources
A death can have a profound impact upon the lives of those who are left to mourn the loss. The survivors are also required to undertake a transition which will ultimately transform their life as they live without the presence of those who have died. Many will seek assistance during their grief journey. Whether it is a published resource, a group environment or an opportunity to discuss their emotions one on one, many professionals are available to help. We have assembled a list of resources that are available. Please be mindful that a sense of community and the knowledge that you are not alone with your emotions may be the first step in making that monumental transformation in your life.
